iTrees.com Delivery and Installation Options

For your convenience, we offer several different options for delivery and installation! Please choose the appropriate option when ordering trees, or check out our FAQ's for more info. We also offer the option to pick your trees up at the nursery, please contact us for details or if you have any questions. 

Delivered Next to Planting Location with Standard Warranty

This option is for all of the "do-it-yourselfers" out there, but we take care of much of the hard work! If you want to save a little bit of money and earn a little sweat equity then this might be the option for you. We will deliver the tree right next to the planting location, and your trees will be covered by our iTrees.com Assurance™ Standard Warranty, which covers the trees 50% for one year after delivery. You will not have to worry about moving heavy trees around your yard, we will put them wherever you want and provide you with detailed planting instructions. Please note that it is the homeowners responsibility, or whoever is installing the trees, to notify J.U.L.I.E
and have the underground utilities located. Also, it is a good idea to wait until the tree arrives to dig the planting hole, this way you will be able to see the exact dimensions on the tree's root ball and dig the hole correctly. We will not place the tree in the planting hole for you, only next to the hole. The homeonwer will be responsible for digging the planting hole, rolling/placing the tree in the hole, backfilling the soil, and mulching around the tree. If you would like help with any of the previous steps, please select an options which includes installation. Installing trees is hard work, but it is a simple job if you are willing to provide a little bit of elbow grease! If you need any more information please contact us. 

Installation with 1, 2, or 3 year Full Replacement Warranty

This option is for anyone that wants us to take care of all the dirty work for them! This is a full-service option which includes underground utility location, delivery and installation, mulching around the tree, sod/dirt removal, and the iTrees.com Assurance™ Full Replacement Warranty.  Let the professionals handle everything and get the extra piece of mind of our 100% Full Replacement Warranty coverage while you simply have to sit back and enjoy your new trees. Other Options

We also offer the option to pick up the trees at the nursery. You will need a truck and/or trailer and to be able to handle trees ranging from 500lbs to 2000lbs depending on the size of trees you order.
