Where to put it:
Great for privacy and accent, Austrian Pine adds an interesting texture to the landscape. This tree will grow very large, and this should be taken into consideration when choosing a planting location. It is best to avoid wet or exposed locations, because Austrian Pine can be susceptible to wind burn. This is a low-branched tree, so keep in mind that it will block the view of anything you put it in front of. This tree should be kept at least 15ft away from buildings.
